C\u2019est une r\u00e9v\u00e9lation\u00a0: c\u2019est une pratique physique tr\u00e8s compl\u00e8te et \u00e9nergisante, mais aussi un moyen extraordinaire pour s\u2019\u00e9panouir et apaiser le mental.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #ffffff;\">C\u2019est cette exp\u00e9rience-l\u00e0 que je souhaite partager et c\u2019est pourquoi apr\u00e8s quelques ann\u00e9es de pratiques d\u2019Ashtanga ainsi que du Yoga Iyengar je veux aller plus loin : en 2015 j\u2019int\u00e8gre l\u2019\u00c9cole d\u2019\u00e9tude et de formation d\u2019Arnaud Kancel Ashtanga Sadhana. D\u00e9veloppant ma pratique, je me nourris de divers enseignements et int\u00e8gre la formation de Maxime Gamart en 2017, un programme riche et complet.<br \/>\nJe compl\u00e8te ma formation d\u2019abord en Yin Yoga et Yoga Restauratif aupr\u00e8s de La\u00ebtitia L\u00e9cuyer, c\u2019est la d\u00e9couverte\u00a0de pratiques fascinantes.<br \/>\nPuis, je suis la formation rigoureuse en Yoga Nidra de Corinne Toulleaux Cara\u00ebs, dans la tradition Satyananda.<\/p>\n<p>Je m\u2019attache \u00e0 transmettre avec exigence et d\u00e9licatesse. Actuellement, je suis des cours d\u2019Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga aupr\u00e8s de professeurs certifi\u00e9s dans la r\u00e9gion pour enrichir encore ma pratique et mon enseignement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pratiquer le yoga avec moi est une invitation \u00e0 ralentir pour respirer et laisser la place \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute du corps. Pendant 2\u00a0ans, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9e \u00e0 enseigner et transmettre en respectant la tradition de l\u2019Ashtanga Yoga. J\u2019ai suivi \u00e0 cette occasion les enseignements pr\u00e9cieux de Petri R\u00e4is\u00e4nen, Joanne et Mark Darby.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">\u00c9quilibre entre engagement et respect de soi, conscience et pr\u00e9sence, c\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9veil offert par la pratique du yoga qui me semble fondamentale.
